This past weekend my fiance and I completed a pre-marriage course, where we discovered our 'Love Languages!' One of my primary love languages is Gifts, giving and receiving, not necessarily huge gifts (let this not be confused by being a gold-digger haha), but visual symbols of love, the little things like taking note of what I like and suprising me.So you can imagine my sheer joy, the evening my Fiance arrived at my door with a MAC bag containing my favourite foundation in the correct colour, knowing that I needed it and suprising me with it!
I've tried so many foundations, different textures , different brands, but nothing quite beats good ol' faithful Face & Body from MAC. This foundation is suitable for all skin types, but can be more of a challenge for oily skin because of it's very dewy finish. I'd say my skin is fairly oily and it works for me! If ever I'm feeling a little greasy, I just add a bit of my trusty Mineralize Skinfinish Naturals powder in Medium darkto the areas where I need It most.
Face and body is Water based, so in my mind it feels like a 'healthy' foundation. This foundation has a sheer natural coverage but can be built up to medium by layering it in areas where you need it most. It is long- lasting, comes in 13 shades, it is easy to blend and is water-resistant too!So ladies, you can wear it to the beach!
My favourite trick during my days at MAC, was to fake my pale winter legs with a darker shade of face and body! It blends evenly, looks completely natural and doesn't transfer easily! Try it!!!
